Strat Environment – creating a safer environment for everyone
B-BBEE rated Strat Environment (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2017 after identifying a need in the occupational hygiene survey space and environmental hygiene industry. We received accreditation on 6 November 2018 from the Department of Labour (DoL) as an Approved Inspection Authority (AIA) and by the South African National Accreditation System organisation (SANAS) as an Occupational Hygiene Survey company.
Strat Environment forms part of a group of companies, under parent company Strat Training (established in 2012). The company specialises in, amongst others, asbestos monitoring and surveys, lead monitoring surveys, hazardous chemicals surveys, as well as occupational noise surveys and monitoring.
We have consolidated decades of experience in a variety of health and safety training codes ranging from first aid to forklift operator training. All our members are registered with the Health Professional Council South Africa (HPCSA) and Southern African Institute for Occupational Hygiene (SAIOH), which is now affiliated to the International Occupational Hygiene Association (IOHA).
Our dedicated team is constantly working to help build a nation of people educated in safety procedures by applying recognised standards. Our dynamic salesforce is focused on maximising the customer experience through addressing our clients’ exact needs. They work closely with our professional survey implementation team, who adopt a flexible and efficient approach to their work ethic.
